Retro Funhouse Inspired FPS Project Warlock II Launches in Early Access

Project Warlock II

First-person shooter Project Warlock II is now available on PC as it launches in Early Access on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. The retro funhouse FPS is inspired by classics like Doom 64 and Quake.

In the Early Access version of the game, you can play the first single-player chapter of the game. The developer has also stated that the Early Access of the game is planned for about 1 year, where they will gather feedback and refine the gameplay while working on the remaining two chapters of the game.

Adrenaline-pumping gore retro funhouse that’s full of guns, magic, demons, vertical arenas, 3D visuals, 2D sprites, and heavy metal music. Inspired by FPS classics like Quake and Doom 64, Project Warlock II is the explosive boomer shooter sequel you were too shy to ask for.

In Project Warlock II, you take the role of Palmer and defend their home castle from an onslaught of invading demons. You will have an arsenal of upgradeable swords, guns, magical staffs, cannons, and special skills. Palmer is just the first warlock in the game, while Urd and Kirsten with their chapters will be coming in the following months.

The first chapter in the single-player will contain 6 massive levels that are 10 times bigger than any individual level in the original game, so the Early Access version shouldn’t be missed. The world of Project Warlock II is evolved into vertical, three-dimensional, multi-floored, structures, platforms, and buildings that elevate the gameplay.
