How to Get Poké Jobs

You can get Poké Jobs from the Pokémon Center that will be in the Galar region. Go to your box where you will find a Rotomi listing all of the available jobs that you can choose from. From the Rotomi, you can choose the Pokémon you want to send for the job and then confirm.

Some Poké Jobs might require a specific type of Pokémon. This means that to increase your chances of earning more XP, you need to send the required Pokémon from your party to complete the job. If you are looking for more XP, you can increase the duration of the job which will pile in more XP for you at the end. This can be done by increasing the time to Half day or longer.

Poké Job Rewards

Other than gaining XP and increasing the levels of your Pokémon, you also increase their base stats and also get chances to get a rare item. The longer you send your Pokémon for a job, the more chances that you will be rewarded with a rare item.

Keep a look out in the Rotomi for all kinds of Poké Jobs that you can get, and then send your Pokémon for a longer time. Any time you send your Pokémon for a job, you will be able to access them in battles until they have completed their jobs.
