Fletchling Guide – Pokemon Sword and Shield

Our Pokemon Sword and Shield Fletchling Guide details everything that you need to know about finding and capturing Fletchling in The Isle of Armor.

Where to Find Fletchling

To find and capture Fletchling in the game, the first thing you obviously need is the expansion The Isle of Armor. Once you have the expansion installed, head to the game and look for Fletchling in different, random spots. Players have been reporting that they mostly found them roaming around Challenge Days, Loop Lagoon, and Potbottom Desert during sunny days. You can try out these locations whereas there is also a chance that you will find one in a Dynamax raid den. Whatever the location you are looking for the new Pokemon in, make sure that you try during the daytime and when it is sunny.

Fletchling looks like a cute orange bird in its original form but comes with two brilliant evolved forms. You can either evolve the Fletchling into a Fletchinder or a Talonflame depending on your choice. The first one is a Flying-Type Pokemon while the second one is a Fire-Type Pokemon. Talonflame is the deadlier form of Fletchling because it can learn the Flame Body ability and with this brilliant ability, it can burn any enemy that comes close to it.
