How to Catch Rotom
There is only one Rotom in the game that you can get, and it can be found in Eterna Forest where you need to head to the Old Chateau. But before you head to this location, you first need to beat the Elite Four and have the National Pokedex.
Once you are ready, you first need to go to the entrance of Eterna City at night (8 pm-4 am) and talk to Gardenia, the gym leader here. Enter the Old Chateau and head to the second floor in the room with the TV. Interact with the TV and the Rotom will appear for a battle.
Rotom will be level 15, which is not that high and you can use one of your normal Pokémon to beat it. Now for the second task which is to change its form, you first need to collect the key after the short battle and then go to the Galactic Building in Eterna City. Use the key to access the locked door, and you will find five different appliances here. Using Rotom on the appliances will allow you to change its form to a mower, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, or rotary fan.
Each form will bring out a different type that ranges from Grass Electric, Ice Electric, Flying Electri, Water Electric, and Fire Electric.
