Daemons

Daemons are lost souls that have no recollection or memory of their past. These lost souls cannot be brought back to life nor can be banished. In the game, Daemon accompanies you and help you with combat and their special abilities.

You as a Watcher can have 4 Daemon at a time, and can switch between them depending on the type of combat you are looking for. Each of the Daemon in the game come with their own special weapons.

There are 7 Daemons in total in Oninaki:

Name

Gavod Shield Cannon
Izanada Scythe
Aisha Sword
Wil Axe
Zaav Spear
Dia Shotbolts
Rigan Dual Blades

How to Change Daemons

As you progress in the game, you will notice that your Daemon provide different abilities and help you in different ways in combat. The game allows your character to have 4 Daemons with you, but you can have only one active at a time.

If you are looking to change from Daemons like Gavod to Zaav, you can do this by holding the analog in the direction of the Daemon you want.

If you want to edit the roster of Daemons you have currently, you can do this by going to the Party option from a save point. From here, you can choose what Daemon you want in your party to accompany in combat and the adventure. Changing Daemons in your roster can only be done at a save point, but switching between Daemons in combat and the game can be done with your analog stick.
