How to Get Legionnaire in Vampire Survivors Tides of the Foscari
The Legionnaire weapon is obtained when you evolve it from an Eskizzibur. However, you first have to get the Eskizzibur in the first place, which is quite a task on its own. To get the weapon, you need to unlock two playable characters and then get the Eskizzibur before evolving into a Legionnaire.
Unlock Eleanor Uziron
The first character you need to unlock is Eleanor Uziron. This character can be unlocked when you find and open the black coffin during the Lake Foscari level. The exact location of the coffin will be on the northwestern part of the lake. The coffin opens when you stand on it and beat the enemies that show up.
Unlock Maruto Cuts
The second requirement to get the Eskizzibur is to unlock Maruto Cuts. This character can be unlocked by joining three weapons in a union: SpellStrike, SpellStream, and SpellString. Combining these weapons will give you the Spellstorm weapon. Use this weapon when playing as Eleanor and then open the next chest that you find. This will unlock Maruto Cuts for you.
How to Get and Evolve Eskizzibur
When you have both characters, you are now one step close to getting the Eskizzibur. Play as Mario Cuts and survive for at least 15 minutes on any map of your choice. When you successfully survive for fifteen minutes, you will get the Eskizzibur.
While you can use the Eskizzibur, you can evolve it into the Legionnaire weapon when you reach the maximum level on the Eskizzibur, which in this case is Level 8. Next, you need to upgrade the Armor passive item to the max. When you have reached max level on both, open the next treasure chest and you will have your evolved weapon.
