However, one thing you must make sure is that Judgment does not continue progress from one saved file to another. You must find and collect all collectibles in a single playthrough if you want to unlock its related trophy.
Another thing to note here is that once you complete an investigation or chapter, the stray cats in that specific chapter are gone forever as well and you can only find them again in your second playthrough. Hence it is advised that you first play the game normally and start another playthrough to find and locate all the collectibles in the game. Our Judgment Stray Cats Guide will help you find all Stray Cats in Judgment whether they are found in the main case or in any side case. There are 26 stray cats present in the full game for you to find and collect over the entirety of the story. You will find their locations detailed below according to the chapters in which you can find and collect them.
Main Cases
This section of the guide lists all stray cats that you can find in the main cases of Judgment.
Chapter 1
This section of the guide lists all the stray cats that you find in the first chapter of Judgment.
Stray Cat #1
During the second active search in which you have to find located your drone, you will find the first stray cat sitting right in front of you at the outdoor unit of the AC.
Stray Cat #2
During the third active search outside club Amour. You will be tasked to find the security camera. Right after you get in control, from the starting location, turn around and you will find the cat sitting in a door on your left side behind a red cone.
Stray Cat #3
When you get outside KJ Art during your fourth active search, you will be tasked with finding Kaito. Go to the door of KJ Art and turn around to find the cat sitting on top of a vending machine on the right side.
Stray Cat #4
During your first drone search, you will be tasked with using the drone to find Murase. During this phase, you must head to the top corner of the KJ Art building where you will find the cat sitting on top of a ledge right above the window.
Stray Cat #5
During your fifth active search, you will be tasked with turning on the room lights inside the KJ Art building security room. From the window of this room, look to the left side and you will find a stray cat sitting just outside the door.
Stray Cat #6
During your sixth active search, you will be tasked with finding the security camera outside Kyushu No. 1 Sushi. Head to the southmost side of the alley and look for a cat sitting at the corner behind the sign.
Chapter 2
This section of the guide lists all the stray cats that you will find in chapter 2 of Judgment.
Stray Cat #7
During your first active search, you will be tasked with investigating where the corpse was found at the location of the second serial murder. At this location, check the left side of the entrance above the ledge where you will find a stray cat sitting near the AC units and above the yellow crates.
Chapter 3
There are no stray cats in Chapter 3.
Chapter 4
This section of the guide lists the locations of all the stray cats that are found in Chapter 4 of Judgment.
Stray Cat #8
During your first active search in Genda Law Office, you will be tasked with clearing Hoshino-kun’s name. Look outside the window and you will find a stray cat sitting on a power box.
Chapter 5
This section of the guide details the locations of all the stray cats found in Chapter 5 of Judgment.
Stray Cat #9
During the first active search in Yagami Detective Agency’s Verification Mission, look outside from the window located on the left side of the body. There’s a stray cat near the bike.
Stray Cat #10
During the second active search at the ADDC in the Flashback, you will be tasked to investigate the bed during the verification mission. Go to the window and look down towards the large support pillar of the sky bridge. A stray cat is sitting at its base.
Chapter 6
There are no stray cats in Chapter 6.
Chapter 7
This section of the guide lists the locations of all the stray cats located in Chapter 7 of the game.
Stray Cat #11
During the first active search, while investigating Kaito’s Ruckus, you will be tasked with looking for clues related to the attackers. Head to the back of the truck and look on the left side where you will find a stray cat behind the fallen sign.
Chapter 8
This section of the guide lists the locations of all the stray cats located in Chapter 8 of the game.
Stray Cat #12
During the first active search, while the search mission ‘Search for three outlets’ is active, check the opposite side of the room in the starting location and you will find a stray cat via the small gap in the blinders in the window.
Chapter 9
This section of the guide details the locations of all the stray cats located in Chapter 9 of the game.
Stray Cat #13
During the first active search while you are tasked with finding Shono, check the window on the right side and you will find the cat sitting outside the window.
Chapter 10,11,12
There are no stray cats in Chapter 10,11 and 12.
Finale
During the finale, you will find one stray cat. During the first active search of the search mission ‘Find the Gold Keycard’, check the right side of the bridge which is leading to the Research Wing. The stray cat is sitting on the ground near the big tree and some bushes.
Side Cases
Just like the main cases, you will find stray cats in the side cases as well. We have detailed all of the stray cats that can be found during the side missions below.
Stray Cat # 15
During the side case Tiger Jacket, when you are tasked with selecting a stolen item. During this, turn around and look to the right side where you will find a stray cat sitting right next to a red cone.
Stray Cat #16
During the side case The Twisted Groper, right after accepting the case, check to your left side and you will find a stray cat sitting at the top of a car.
Stray Cat #17
During the side case, Entrapment, while you are stuck inside the bar, look down and you will find a stray cat sitting between the stool and the bar.
Stray Cat # 18
During the side case The Devil Wife, while you are inside M Side Café, you will be required to check some coffee for poison. During this phase, look down the railing and you will find a stray cat sitting under a bench.
Stray Cat #19
During the same side case, when you get to the point where you must look for the person after Kojiro, look at the wall in front and you will find a stray cat sitting on it.
Stray Cat #20
During the side case. Dangerous Hide-and-Seek, inside the alleyway where you look for the boy, checks the air conditioning ducts running on the wall ahead to find the stray cat sitting on them.
Stray Cat #21
During the side case Perilous Hide-and-Seek, look under the crane and you will find a stray cat sitting there.
Stray Cat #22
During the side case Sashimi of the Fallen, when you are inside of Koi Bride, look by the stairs and you will find the stray cat sitting there.
Stray Cat #23
During the side case Secrets of Cats, you will be finding a cat for the side case inside the Millennium Tower. During the main cat hunt, you can find a stray cat as well. Simply look for it on the drone booth on the left side.

During the side case The Pervert King, check on the left side while you are looking for the G.I. in the Hotel District to find in sitting next to a door.
Stray Cat#25
During the side case The Ono Michio Bandit, you will find a stray cat inside Charles next to a door around the corner.
Stray Cat # 26
During the side case Revenge of the Keihin Gang, check the wall on the left side and you will find a stray cat there near the Wette Kitchen.
