The Last Taxi in West Incursion Zone Guide – Control Resonant
This quest is located in the Empire Avenue Station Area on the map. Head to the area overlooking the theatre marked on the map, where you will eventually progress toward the Resonant boss. Make sure you have the gravity ability unlocked before attempting this route.
Start by jumping on the platform to your left from the rooftop and switch the gravity to move to the roof to reach the next surface.
Look across the gap for a platform you can jump onto, then make your way over. After reaching over there, take a left turn and continue straight ahead along the route with a series of long jumps moving from building to building, using your extended jump to cross the wider gap, and eventually you will climb a wall.
Once you have climbed it, you will see a road on the right. Switch gravity to reach it, then move onto the next rooftop on the right using the gravity-switching ability again, and move straight ahead to find a checkpoint.
From the checkpoint, look for the Empire sign in the distance. This landmark will help you stay on course as you cross toward the next building.
Jump across to the building ahead and climb toward its upper section. Continue across the next stretch while keeping the Empire sign in view. The taxi is located to the left of the sign, so make a jump onto the building and make your way down onto the road.
Once you reach the street, you will find the taxi waiting there. Get inside to enter the strange version of Manhattan and begin the puzzle.
Your first task after arriving is to locate a ringing payphone. Move straight ahead and take the first left turn, and look around for the payphone in this area behind the building near the hotel signs, or follow the ringing sound to find it.
Answer the call and finish the conversation. Afterward, return to the street and look for the taxis with flashing lights. You will need to select the vehicle that behaves differently from the others in each round.
First Taxi
For the first round, watch the taxis carefully. One vehicle on the left side switches its lights on and off, while the others don’t follow that same pattern. Choose the taxi that is flashing when the rest are not, then enter it to advance to the next stage.
Second Taxi
The next round will have six taxis, so try to position your view where you can compare them all at once. Look for the vehicle that doesn’t light up while the others are flashing. This taxi can be in the middle row on the right-hand side. Enter the car that breaks the pattern to continue.
The exact position may differ in your game, so focus on identifying the taxi that remains unlit rather than relying only on its location.
Third Taxi
In the final round, the taxis flash their lights in a repeating sequence. Watch the vehicles on both sides and compare their timing carefully. One taxi will flash out of sync with the rest. This taxi is the bottom-right taxi. Select that vehicle to leave the strange Manhattan area and complete the Last Taxi puzzle for the West Incursion Zone.
