Hollow Knight: Silksong Memento Locations Guide

There are eight Mementos that you can collect in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Some are obtained after completing side quests, while others can be obtained by defeating tough bosses. Our Hollow Knight: Silksong Hero’s Memento Locations Guide will help you collect all eight of these Mementos easily.

The eight Mementos that you can collect in the game include:

Memento #1: Hero Memento – Heirloom of a village lost to Pharloom’s Haunting

The Hero Memento is given to you after you complete the Hero’s Call Wish in Act 3. You will receive this Wish from the Wish Wall in Bellhart. The Wish Wall’s location is marked on the map below:

Upon completing this Wish, Lost Garmond will give you the Hero Memento.

Memento #2: Grey Memento – Engraved cruststone, worn by sand and blanched by time

The Grey Memento is obtained after defeating the Watcher At The Edge boss in Sands of Karak. To find the boss, head to the location marked on the map below:

To reach this boss, you will need the Silk Soar and the Needolin abilities. The location where you need to use this ability is shown below. It is on the platform, right next to the spikes, and it has some dead bug bodies.

Go up using the ability and then turn left to enter the next area. Ahead, jump down into the sand area and sprint to the left side until you come to the boss. Play your Needolin next to the boss, and it will trigger the boss to fight.

Defeat the boss, and you can pick up the Grey Memento from his dead body.

Memento #3: Guardian’s Memento – Aged medallion of the wanderer Seth

The Guardian’s Memento is obtained by completing a few steps. The first is defeating the Shrine Guardian Seth boss in Shellwood. This is the same boss that was designed to honor the Hollow Knight fan who passed away before the game’s launch. Head to the location marked on the map below to begin:

From the starting position, jump up to enter the upper section.

Now sprint all the way to the left to find the boss. Interact with the boss to trigger the battle.

After defeating the boss, you must find Seth again in Greymoor and Shellwood. In Greymoor, he is found at the following location near the Bench room:

Now head over to Shellwood to find him again. Interact with him and complete two conversations. Make your way to the following location:

Finally, you must head over to his location in Putrified Ducts at Flea Circus. For some players, if Seth does not appear here, go and look for him at Grand Gate. Interact with him and then come to the Flea Circus once again to find him here.

This time, you have to beat his records in three different games. Seth’s scores are 55 at Juggle, 95 at Dodge, and 68 at Bounce. You must beat all three of these records to gain the Guardian’s Memento.

Once you beat his scores, go back and speak with Seth, and he will give you the Guardian’s Memento.

Memento #4: Sprintmaster Memento – Gilded trophy awarded by Sprintmaster Swift to the fastest bug in Pharloom

To obtain this Memento, you must complete the Wish Fastest in Pharloom. This is basically a race between you and Sprintmaster Swift.

You can get this Wish directly from him in Far Fields in Act 3 of the game. The first time, you will win a Mask Shard. You will get the memento after you win the final race. His location is marked on the map below:

Memento #5: Surface Memento – Worn ornament of the Nameless Town high above Pharloom

The Surface Memento is obtained in The Cradle. You will need Silk Soar ability for this guide. You must make your way to the very top of the game marked on the map below:

Use the Silk Soar ability on the platform here to go up.

At the top, drop to the platform, and then go left. Climb up the wall while avoiding the spikes until you come to the top, where you must use the Silk Soar ability once again.

Once you climb the long wall corridor, start heading right. At the very end of this area is a broken cave-like structure. Once you arrive here, start playing a tune on your Needolin. As soon as you start playing it, you will notice white smoke gathering around you, and some dialogue will start appearing

Keep playing it, and soon the memento will fall from the roof of the building. Pick it up.

Memento #6: Craw Memento – Iron emblem of the Court of Craws, absolving the bearer of all crimes past and future

To obtain the Craw Memento, you will first need to obtain the Craw Summons in Bellhart. On your every trip to Bellhart, look for the scroll to appear next to the main city merchant and the bench. Once you see the notification, pick it up.

Your next destination is the Craw Lake in Greymoor. Head to the location marked on the map below to begin:

From here, start going to the right side of the area, and enter the door that leads to the Court of Craws. Inside, give the summons at the door and then gain access to the Court of Craws.

Once inside, progress in the area until you arrive in the main hall and defeat the enemies that spawn here. Once you defeat all enemies, you will be given the Craw Memento.

Memento #7: Conjoined Heart Memento

To get this memento, you will need to complete the Green Prince questline. Ideally, you will need to complete this questline after finishing The Old Hearts Story Quest. Some reports are trying to obtain this memento before The Old Hearts may consume the heart. At the end of the Green Prince’s questline, you will need to battle the Clover Dancers.

Once you defeat the Clover Dancers, you will obtain the Conjoined Heart.

Memento #8: Hunter’s Memento

This Memento is unlocked after you complete your Hunter’s Journal. You can access the Hunter’s Journal in the Pause Menu. You have to defeat each enemy a specific number of times to unlock their full details. Once you have unlocked complete information on all enemy types, you will be rewarded with the Hunter’s Memento.
