This Ghost of Tsushima Legends Combat Stance Guide will show you how you can unlock Stances in the new survival mode of the game. Combat Stances make the whole difference when taking down enemies, which is evident from the campaign of the base game.
The Legends DLC, however, has on Stances feature when you start with the survival mode. Stances do exist in the new mode, but they are tied to the sword or katana you are using. Let’s take a look at how you can unlock and change stances.
Ghost of Tsushima Legends Combat Stance Guide
Below we have detailed how to unlock and change stances.
How to Unlock Stances
When starting the Legends DLC, you will be given the Stone Blade as your starting weapon. Each of the weapons will show you a single stance that comes tied to the weapon that you are wielding.
Some weapons in the game allow you multiple stances which are:
- Wind
- Moon
- Water
- Stone
To unlock more stances, you will need to upgrade the class for further weapon unlocks allowing you to get more stances for the weapon. The higher your weapon level in the game, the more likely it is to have multiple stances.
Each of the weapon you unlock comes with its own benefits whether it provides extra damage when combating or your health. While you may think a Wind katana might be working well for you, using another Wind katana might offer you other additional buffs that can either help you or your combat style.
