ECS Highlights AI-Ready Mini PCs and Edge Computing Solutions at COMPUTEX 2026

ECS COMPUTEX 2026

Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) is showcasing its latest AI-focused hardware lineup at COMPUTEX 2026 this week, highlighting how compact PCs and motherboard platforms can support emerging AI workloads across business, healthcare, and edge computing environments.

Located at Hall 1, Booth J1317a at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, ECS is presenting a range of new LIVA Mini PCs and motherboard solutions under the theme “Power AI Computing.” The company’s focus this year is on practical AI deployment, demonstrating how compact systems can handle AI-assisted workflows, local data processing, private knowledge bases, and industry-specific applications without relying entirely on cloud infrastructure.

One of the key demonstrations at the booth features OpenClaw AI Agent software running on an AMD-powered desktop platform. The showcase illustrates how AI agents can assist with common tasks such as information retrieval, content summarization, and system management, reflecting the growing interest in integrating AI assistants directly into everyday PC environments.

Healthcare and enterprise applications are also a major focus. ECS is demonstrating its LIVA Z11 PLUS mini PC in healthcare monitoring scenarios, including hemodialysis simulations and FHIR-based medical data applications. The compact system is designed to act as an edge computing node capable of processing and monitoring healthcare data locally while supporting real-time operations.

The same platform is also being used to showcase a private knowledge base application, allowing users to search locally stored business and product information using natural language queries. As businesses continue exploring AI-powered productivity tools, locally hosted solutions are becoming increasingly important for organizations that need greater control over sensitive data.

Beyond live demonstrations, ECS is introducing several additions to its LIVA Mini PC family. The new LIVA Z15 PLUS, built on Intel’s Wildcat Lake platform, features integrated NPU acceleration designed to improve AI performance for commercial and edge deployments.

The company is also displaying the fanless LIVA Z4F for embedded applications and the ultra-compact LIVA Q4, which uses USB Type-C power delivery for flexible installation scenarios.

We can see from recent announcements that AI hardware is one of the dominant themes of COMPUTEX 2026. ECS is positioning its growing portfolio of mini PCs and motherboard platforms as practical solutions for businesses looking to deploy AI closer to where data is generated and used.
