Portcrystals Guide – Dragon’s Dogma 2

Portable Portcrystals are objects you can put down in the overworld. They let you quickly move to different spots by using Ferrystones. In the last game, you could put down 10 Portable Portcrystals. In the new game, Dragon’s Dogma 2, they might let you put down even more because the game is bigger!

How To Use Portcrystals

In the original Dragon’s Dogma game, you can put down Portable Portcrystals anywhere on the map to make spots where you can quickly teleport using a Ferrystone.

After placing them, you can pick up the Portcrystals and put them somewhere else or take them away if you want. Only Portable Portcrystals can be put down and moved. Portcrystal Rings, on the other hand, stay in one place forever.

In the old game, you could only put down a maximum of 10 Portable Portcrystals on the map. But in Dragon’s Dogma 2, since the game is bigger, this limit might go up.

Locations Of Portcrystals

Overworld

In the old Dragon’s Dogma game, you could find portable Portcrystals in specific spots throughout the world. Each time you played, these spots were always the same, but you could pick them up and take them wherever you wanted. Maybe in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you’ll also be able to find these Portcrystals in different places, pick them up, and move them to make your own teleport spots.

Purchase From NPCs

You could buy Portcrystals from certain characters, but they were expensive, costing more than 200,000 Gold. We don’t know yet if you can buy Portcrystals in Dragon’s Dogma 2. We’ll let you know if we find out more.
