Developer Roost Games and publisher Freedom Games have announced the release date of their upcoming restaurant management sim Cat Cafe Manager. The charming and furry title Cat Cafe Manager will launch on PC and Nintendo Switch on April 14, 2022. The PC release will be via Steam and Epic Games Store both and will cost $19.99 across all platforms.
Set in the Caterwaul Village, Cat Cafe Manager gives you the opportunity to reopen Granny’s once-thriving café and bring it back to life from its current ramshackle ruins. You step into the village as the newest resident, and you have to follow in your family’s footsteps as you create a delightful menu of dishes and make it the most purrfect (pun intended) dining location in town while uncovering its mysterious and magical secrets.
You will need to restore the café to its formal glory by purchasing a wealth of interior decorations and hiring a staff of eager feline enthusiasts to wait on patrons. You will have to adopt the four-legged residents as you learn their traits and quirks while boosting the bistro’s appeal. Each customer is unique and some of the regulars such as the Bonner, a friendly ferryman, can be befriended to learn more about the village along with earning new presents.
You can add new rooms and adopt even more kittens as you blend interior design elements such as wallpaper and furniture to create a bespoke style that speaks to the café’s personality. You can also mix and match décor and menu offerings to attract different customer groups and earn increased profits. Rick Sorgdrager, Lead Game Designer and Writer, Roost Games details:
Cat Café Manager draws inspiration from simulation and management games, with an emphasis on personality, charm, and of course a love for cats. The colors of the café and variety of mousers offer something for everyone in Caterwaul. We are delighted to welcome players to the village soon when Cat Café Manager arrives on Nintendo Switch and Steam in April.
