Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is one of the best Dragon Ball Z titles ever released. If you are a fan of the anime, this video game is probably the best alternative to the original anime series if you want to experience the world of Dragon Ball Z. The game was released back in January 2020 however it appears like Bandai Namco is not quite done with the game as it has released information on upcoming DLC content for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
According to Bandai Namco’s press release, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will receive two DLC packs in the future. The two new DLC packs announced by the studio as the ‘A NEW POWER AWAKENS – Part 1’ and ‘A NEW POWER AWAKENS – Part 2’. These DLC packs will bring characters and transformations from Dragon Ball Super. With the release of the new DLC packs, players will also be able to reach the Super Saiyan God transformation as they train against Whis in order to face Beerus in the new Boss Battle Episode.
Bandai Namco has also detailed the Music Compilation Pack which will be part of the Ultimate Edition. It will come with 11 titles which are listed below:

- We Gotta Power
- Detekoi Tobikiri Zenkai Power
- Bokutachiha Tenshidatta
- Dragon Soul
- Unmeino Hi ~Tamashii Vs Tamashii~

- Solid State Scouter
Part 1 of the DLC will arrive in Spring 2020 and you can only purchase it through the Season Pass. Part 2 of the DLC is slated for a release later this year however you can purchase both of the DLC packs together as well once Part 2 is released. A confirmed release date for part 1 will be released in the coming days.
