Untold Tales and Piccolo Studio have announced that they are bringing their debut title Arise: A Simple Story to Nintendo Switch this month. The Nintendo Switch version of Arise: A Simple Story will arrive on April 28, 2022, and it will ship with a couple of bonus features as well. Arise: A Simple Story was originally released back in 2019 and it was critically received with excellent reviews across the board. The game features beautiful visuals coupled with 3D time manipulation gameplay mechanics. You embark on a journey about happiness and hardship, joy and sorrow as the game allows you to experience a story of the loss of our closest loved ones and how we remember them.
The gameplay involves manipulating time, solving puzzles, and reshaping your surroundings as you push forward into the bittersweet recollections of a past life and see how one’s life can be shaped by the presence of a soulmate. Each level represents a stage of life metaphorically and how your memories can shape these recollections into pleasant or unpleasant memories. Despite being a solo experience, the game also supports an easy pickup co-op couch feature that allows you to play with your loved ones.
The Nintendo Switch version of Arise: A Simple Story comes with plenty of goodies for the players. These include:

The game is slated for its release later this month on Nintendo Switch on April 28, 2022. It will set you back $19.99 however for the launch week, the game will have a 50% discount so if you want to get the full game at a discounted price, you will have the launch week for it. Apart from Nintendo Switch, Arise: A Simple Story is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
