Phoenix begins the game as a normal human but due to unforeseen circumstances, he dies along with his lover and best friend. His best friend and lover are revived however he is too far gone and thus returns to life as something which is much more than just a human and this is where the story starts. Angelic is a narrative turn-based strategy RPG that is set in a dark, science fiction universe.
As you begin your journey, you will meet with new heroes, interact with them, gain their love and respect, and also upgrade and customize them. The game features deep lore and an epic story for you to experience. You will command a one-of-a-kind spaceship and explore an unforgiving universe. Your allies will aid you in combat as you harass the interests of suppressive corporations and investigate horrific infestation phenomena in the universe.
The developer of Angelic is Metaverse Game Studios which is a young and independent game development company operating out of Florida, US. The company is being led by industry veterans who have previously worked on titles such as Far Cry, Halo 3, Warface, League of Legends, and many others. Their current project is Angelic which is slated to enter Kickstarter next month.
