Aesir Interactive’s Open-World Survival Crafting Adventure EverRail Early Access Release Date Announced

EverRail Early Access

Developer Aesir Interactive has announced the early access release date for its upcoming title EverRail. EverRail is an open-world survival crafting adventure game in which the players are aboard their last journey across the frozen exomoon Inara. The game will be released on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 20, 2026, and the developers will continue the development of the game with player feedback.

EverRail puts players aboard humanity’s last surviving train, which serves as both a home and a lifeline. Every expedition into the icy wilderness drains the train’s limited power, forcing players to balance scavenging for resources with returning before the batteries run dry. Along the way, survivors can be rescued and recruited, but losing everyone aboard brings the journey to an end.

The game offers players the opportunity to experience the adventure alone or team up with up to four players in online co-op as they gather supplies, expand their rolling fortress, and keep the train moving through the hostile landscape.

EverRail Early Access

According to Aesir Interactive, Early Access will allow the studio to develop EverRail alongside its community. The developer says the project represents an important milestone as both its first self-published title and its first survival game, with plans to evolve the experience through player feedback during development.

EverRail will launch with three purchase options. The $14.99 Early Access Edition includes the base game, one train, and one glider, while the $19.99 Supporter Edition adds a Bullet Train, an additional glider, and exclusive Supporter-themed skins. Existing owners of the standard edition can also purchase the Bullet Train & Glider Pack DLC separately for $2.99.
