Blood Door Puzzle – Silent Hill: Townfall
After progressing through the game, you will eventually reach the area with the blood bag slots.
Before solving the puzzle, make sure you have collected the three required blood bags from the SW and DP areas.
The bags you need belong to Sarah Watson, Matthew Clark, and George McWen. Once you have all three, return to the blood bag area and begin placing them in the correct positions.
Start from the left side and place Sarah Watson’s blood bag in the first position.
Then move one position to the right and place Matthew Clark’s bag.
Continue farther to the right. At the first position in that section, place George McWen’s blood bag.
With all three blood bags in their correct positions, move over to the transfusion machine. Interact with it and switch the system on. This will activate the mechanism and open the door leading to the next puzzle.
The next section requires you to interact with the dial and use the D-pad to move it through the correct sequence. Start by moving the dial two times to the right. Next, use the D-pad to move down once, then move right once.
After that, move down one more time, followed by one move to the left. Finally, move back to the middle and interact with it.
Following this sequence will complete the Blood Door puzzle and allow you to proceed to the next area.
