Getting All Medication Doses – Silent Townfall Guide
You must find three different doses for the patient.
Finding the Record Room Code:
Start by making your way toward the Records Room. To enter it, you first need to find the room’s code. Go through the Champan Ward’s door and head upstairs, but watch out for the enemies in this section; you can either sneak past them or use a bottle to help deal with them.
Continue toward the office room in the far-left area. Inside, there is a wall that has a note containing the Records Room code. The combination is 2605.
Hydroxalene:
Take the code back downstairs and use the other route rather than returning the exact way you came.
Head toward the room on the right, then continue to the back area where the Records Room is located.
Enter 2605 to unlock the door.
Inside, check the locker in the back left corner and inspect the box. This is where you will find the Hydroxy 3mg dosage.
Tensobromide:
After taking the first dosage, leave the Records Room and return towards the main lobby.
From there, head to the area on the right side of the surgical room. An enemy is present here, so wait for it to move toward the window before making your way past.
Once you reach the next room, check the area on the left to find the next package. This contains the Tensobromide 11 mg dosage.
Dextracylate:
For the final medicine, go back upstairs toward the same section where you found the office used for the Records Room code.
This time, do not enter the office. Instead, move towards the opposite corner. Look for the systems in this area. One of them contains the final medicine, the Dextracylate dosage.
Once you have collected all three dosages, make your way back downstairs to the surgical room, and now you have everything needed for the patient’s medicine task.
