To solve this puzzle, you must find the clinic reception door code and unlock the door. For doing so, you have to find Zoe’s room, check the computer for the number, and then enter the code at the reception door.
Clinic Reception Puzzle Guide – Silent Hill: Townfall
First, make your way to the Clinic. When you reach the entrance, use Zoe’s lanyard to unlock the door and enter the building. Once inside, continue through the clinic and look for Zoe’s room.
Enter the room and interact with the computer.
Check the top right section of the screen, where you will find the code needed for the reception door.
Enter the Clinic Door Code
The code shown on Zoe’s computer is 2896. Take this number back to the locked reception door and enter 2896 into the keypad.
After entering the correct combination, the door will unlock, and you can go inside. That is all you need to open the clinic reception door in Silent Hill: Townfall.
