Saros Jump Pads Guide – How to Unlock

Saros Jump Pads Guide

This Saros Jump Pads Guide shows how you can unlock jump pads and use them to reach other inaccessible locations. While exploring Saros, you will notice glowing circular spots on the ground that don’t seem to do anything at first. These are actually Jump Pads, and they become very useful once you unlock them.

These gold circles you see scattered around different areas are Jump Pads. Early in the game, they won’t respond when you step on them, which can be a bit confusing. That is because they are inactive at the start and need to be unlocked first.

When They Start Working

You gain access to Jump Pads after progressing into the second biome, known as Ancient Depths. As you continue exploring that area, you will reach a point where these pads become active.

Once this happens, they don’t just work in that one area. They stay active everywhere you find them in the game from that point onward.

How to Use Jump Pads

Using them is very straightforward. Just stand on top of a Jump Pad and press the jump button X. This will launch you high into the air, letting you reach higher platforms or access new paths that were previously unavailable.

Jump Pads are mainly used for exploration. They open up new routes and make it easier to move vertically through levels. If you come across one early in the game that doesn’t work, remember to come back later once you have unlocked the ability.

That is all for this guide. Additional Saros guides are linked below:
