Arcadia Fallen

Galdra Studio has announced the launch of its debut visual novel, Arcadia Fallen, on 17th November on PC and Nintendo Switch. The game is a modern fantasy visual novel where your choices will shape the personality of your character.

Before we dive into the details of the game, check out the trailer of Arcadia Fallen below:

Arcadia Fallen is a nordic inspired fantasy where roleplay and personal expression are in the front seat. It features a customizable protagonist and a dialogue system that allows players to shape their characters’ personalities as they play. Will you be shy? Bold? Or the one forever telling jokes? Spend time with the cast of companions joining you on your journey, four of which you can romance (LGBTQ+ friendly), and if romance isn’t your thing, you can form meaningful and deep platonic relationships with everyone.

In Arcadia Fallen, you play the role of a young alchemist apprentice who is unwillingly bound to an illegal spirit. You have been suddenly drawn in between a war that is happening between humanity and magic, and you must join a group of unlikely heroes to escape the doom and save the world.

The game story has no right or wrong choices, meaning there is not really a bad ending. Your decisions will never keep you from going on but may influence what you will have to endure before you reach the goal.

The game also has character customization and growth, where you will get to create your own alchemist and decide how traumatic events sculpt and grow your alchemist’s personality. The story will give you the chance to romance with 4 different characters, where you can engage in a deep platonic relationship or engage in a romance.
