Microsoft has confirmed Stardew Valley, Evil Genius 2, and more titles that will be coming to the Xbox Game Pass. However, the dates for the games have not been announced yet, but are expected to come sometime this fall.
The news about Stardew Valley was also confirmed by the game developer Eric Barone, who hinted the release date window.
Stardew Valley was released back in 2016, the game is still very popular if not more when it was initially launched. The role-playing sandbox where you take charge of your farm, grow crops, and raise animals became an instant hit on PC. With just a few coins and hand tools, to begin with, you begin your new life on newly inherited land, thriving in fields and a nice cozy farm.
The game was later released on consoles and mobile devices, exceeding 10 million copies sold.
The next big game is Evil Genius 2, which comes from the studios of Rebellion. The sequel to the 2004 game where you will get to build bases and defend against players in real-time, fighting to grow your evil plans and take control of the world. Evil Genius 2 is also going to join Game Pass later this year, which is said to be around Q4 of 2021.
There are tons of really good games on Xbox Game Pass as of right now, whether you play it on your Xbox consoles or PC. The monthly subscription of $10 gives you major game titles from the series of Halo, Forza Horizon, Gears of War, and many Bethesda titles among others.
If you own a PC or an Xbox console without availing the benefits of the Xbox Game Pass, you are really setting yourself back and missing out on several exciting games that can be played right now.
