Publisher Merge Games and developer Dope Games have revealed their new Breaking Bad inspired simulator Definitely Not Fried Chicken. Definitely Not Fried Chicken will release on Steam later this year and it will be the ultimate drug empire strategy and simulation game. Definitely Not Fried Chicken is a business management sim with a twist where you will grow your drug trade empire by building ‘legitimate’ fronts and managing both sides of the business. Your legit customers will come from the front door and your main customers will walk in from the back door. After starting one business and expanding it, you can also acquire more ‘businesses’, expand your clientele and ultimately develop better drugs, make tons of money and take over the city.
The game is set in the 80s and it will test your entrepreneurial business skills as you build your drug compound from the ground up. As you continue to expand your business, you can buy adjoining plots of land and expand on them. You can also design and layout your complete production line and establish distribution routes. For making sure that you are not interrupted by anyone, you will also need to fortify your compound’s defenses and make sure that no one can break-in.
To make your product even better, the game will allow you to research and develop better strains of narcotics like marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamine. After you have the drugs ready, you will need someplace to sell these drugs from and this is where your legit business front will come in handy.
