SpellForce 3 Versus is a free-to-play game that will allow you to play ranked multiplayer matches and is launching tomorrow, November 3, 2020. In addition, the second expansion for the game, Fallen God, will also be launching on the same day.
The game will be free to play for anyone, as it will allow players to participate in the newly introduced ranked multiplayer as well as play in a skirmish against the AI opponents.

You can either play as Humans, Orcs, or Elves, and your faction will be randomly chosen or you when you start the game for the first time. If you choose to be an Orc, you will always be an Orc.
The multiplayer will also have you face players from the expansions of the game, Fallen God and Soul Harvest. The game will also have no microtransactions, no ads, like the other free to play games. SpellForce 3 Versus will be completely free, but you have to spend some bucks if you want to play the singleplayer campaigns from SpellForce 3, SpellForce 3: Soul Harvest, or SpellForce 3: Fallen God.
