Sega has launched two new Sonic double packs on Nintendo Switch, which bring different adventures of Sonic to Nintendo Switch. Two separate bundles of Team Sonic Racing, Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces, and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD are now available for players on Nintendo Switch to purchase and try their hands on some of Sega’s best-selling titles. At this point, both bundles are available physically, and players can purchase them from their favorite retailers.
Both packs are packing two games, each catering to fans of the blue blur in different ways. Team Sonic Racing, released in 2019, combines the thrill of racing with the strategy to use different power-ups to win different races, whereas Sonic Mania, released in 2017 to celebrate Sonic’s 25th anniversary, brings the iconic side-scrolling adventure action that the Sonic franchise is known for. It also brings many familiar faces that the fans love from the franchise to life.
The second pack brings Sonic Forces and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, which are, yet again, two titles catering to different gamers. Sonic Forces, released back in 2017 in celebration of Sonic’s 25th anniversary, allows you to step into Sonic’s shoes and become a hero in a world ridden with evil. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz allows you to race through stages and challenges with 10 different Party Games as the fastest, most-maneuverable monkey around.
Both game packs are available for Nintendo Switch for $39.99 physically at authorized dealers. Digital packs are not available at this point, but depending on the success of the physical packs, they might arrive digitally at a later stage as well.
