In a surprise announcement that we were definitely not expecting at the Sony PlayStation 5 console event, IO Interactive revealed its upcoming chapter Hitman 3, which will conclude the trilogy of our professional assassin, Agent 47.
Get yourself suited up and back into the shoes of Agent 47, who is going to take part in the most important contracts of his career. Nothing in the world will remain the same around Agent 47 when the story concludes.

Hitman 3 is set to launch next year in January, for both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. We won’t have to wait that long for the game, especially when the PS5 will launch just before January comes next year.
Once again, Hitman 3 will take your around the world to exotic and luxurious locations that are packed with creative opportunities. Get to exploring these locations and figure out how you want to take out your targets. The team over at IO Interactive has stated that the game will give you complete freedom to take disguises, create accidents, interact with other characters and blend into the crowd to watch your mat plan unfold.
In a blog post by the senior community manager of IO Interactive, Travis Barbour says,
As long-time Hitman fans will know, our games and locations are always built with unparalleled player choice and replayability in mind. Hitman 3 is no different. In fact, our next game encourages players to explore and interact with the game world in new ways that will reward them in future playthroughs. We want the game to be tactile and we want players to feel that their actions have an impact on what is going on around them and their future playthroughs.
Hitman 3 is the conclusion to the World of Assassination trilogy and we’re very happy to allow players to carryover locations and progression from Hitman 2 into Hitman 3. We’re very proud to have the entire trilogy all playable from within Hitman 3 and to make it the ultimate place to play any game from the trilogy.
