Below we have detailed all the Secret Missions and where to find them, and how to complete them.
Operation 000 – Prologue
There is just one Secret Mission in the Prologue, however, you will not be able to get it in the first playthrough. This is because you require the Unite Hammer to get to the location which can only be obtained when you are deep in the story of the game.
When you do have the Unite Hammer, you will need it to break the hatch with the hammer on the third carriage after the explosion. This will take you to the back end of the carriage where you can enter the Kahkoo-Regah.
Operation 001-A
This Operation contains three Secret Missions, where the Secret Mission 008 will be to the right when you drop down to the river after the bridge explosion. On the right you will find a ledge that takes you towards the mouth of a green pipe. Enter this pipe to get the secret mission.
The second mission which is the Secret Mission 009 can be obtained after completing the previous secret mission, and then going to the Football field on the left. Finally, the last secret mission in this Operation is the Secret Mission 011. This mission begins immediately after you complete the previous mission.
Operation 001-B
This Operation contains just the one Secret Mission 005, which can be found after you fight with Tieku. After the battle, head back from the building and jump down towards the wall that is burning on the right. Here you will find the Kahkoo-Regah right next to the 60 sign on the road.
Operation 002-A
There is just the one Secret Mission 006 in this Operation, and it can be found when you go back from the platform where you found Vorkenn Prince. Jump down and you will find the Kahkoo-Regah on the ground.
Operation 002-B
There are two secret missions in this operation, where the first Secret Mission 004 can be found in after you complete Secret Mission 003. From the Ferris wheel, go to the location with the water slide and the mission will start automatically.
The second mission here which is the Secret Mission 005 can be found after you complete 003, and when you get on to the next platform. Here you will find a large advertisement board where you will need to use the Unite Line to make a ladder on the board. Climb up to get the mission.
Operation 003-A
This operation contains the Secret Mission 001, which is the only mission you will find in this Operation. It can be found after you talk to Luka and make your way outside of the plane. Use the Unite Hand to use turn the device outside, and then head to the top of the plane where you will find the Kahkoo-Regah.
Operation 003-B
This Secret Mission 006 can be found after you beat all the enemies in Stratosphere 1. The Kahkoo-Regah will be right at the front of the plane once all enemies are cleared.
Operation 004-A
There are two secret missions in this operation, where the first Secret Mission 003 is quite missable if you use the Unite Hammer to get to the bottom of the water. Avoid doing that and let the enemies afloat and defeat them without sinking. Once complete, head left from the water and you will find the mission on the floor.
The second Secret Mission 007 can be found after you defeat the Dragon and find Wonder White. Head back towards the crane and then use the Unite Hammer to sink to the bottom and then you will find the mission.
Operation 004-B
This Operation contains the Secret Mission 002 which requires you to use the Unite Claw to use the elevator buttons. Now head back to the place you came from when you fought Vorken Prince and you will find the mission on the floor.
Operation 005-A
This Operation contains two secret mission, where the first Secret Mission 002 can be found when you make your way north towards the waterfall. You will need the Unite Claw to get up on the small platform above and then use the hammer to break the wall. Now enter this area to start the mission.
The second Secret Mission 007 can be found after you complete the 006 mission. Head towards the drill and use the Unite Bomb to slow it down. Now use the Unite Rocket to get to the top of the statue on the hand. You need to make your way all the way top to the statue head where the mission is located.
Operation 005-B
There are two missions in this Operation, where the first Secret Mission 007 can be found after you place the blue glass ball and set the fire around the fire pits.
The second mission which is the Secret Mission 008 can be found after the glass ball, where you need to go back to the pillar to place the stone statue. Before you place the stone state, go to the center of the area where the mission can be found.
Operation 006-A
The first Secret Mission 006 can be found after you beat Deah-Kani and then head to the right, where you will need to make a bridge to head across to continue on the platforms. You will find the mission here.
The Secret Mission 007 can be found after the previous mission, and to the left where it will start automatically.
Operation 006-B
The Secret Mission 005 in this Operation can be found after you complete the 004 mission and then cross the ice river. Use the Unite Hand to light all four torches here to start the mission.
Operation 007-A
There are two missions in this Operation, where the first Secret Mission 005 can be found after you have Chewgi and Company in your team. Now head back to the start of this level and you will find the mission on the platform that is floating.
The second secret mission can be found from the platform where you need to use the Whipe to get you down. Head towards the blowhole where the mission is.
Operation 008-A
The Secret Mission 005 starts after you complete mission 7 and head towards the location of mission 3.
The second Secret Mission 008 can be found when you reach the big fan in this level. When Alice wants you to jump out, turn around and head towards the rotating cylinder where the mission can be found.
Operation 008-B
The Secret Mission 002 can be found on the wall being hit by bombs. Use the claw to head up and to the left where you will find a small platform floating with the mission at the top.
Operation 009-B
The Secret Mission 003 can be found when you break through the third wall after Robo Platinum lands on the ground. When you break the third wall, head back to where you came from to get the mission.
The second Secret Mission 006 can be found after you take out all the three shield generators and fall on the platform below. Head left to the semi-circle platform and make the same shape to start the mission.
Epilogue
There is just one Secret Mission 006 in the Epilogue, and it can be found in the same exact place where you found the mission in the Prologue. Head to the third carriage and break open the hatch to get the mission.
