Mentor’s Diary #1 – You will find this in Ursula’s room in the bathroom sink.
Mentor’s Diary #2 – When you arrive in the Dayroom, you can find this right next to the horse drawing.
Mentor’s Diary #3 – While entering Dayroom through the skinwall, you will find this collectible on the right side where you also find a partial music sheet.
Mentor’s Diary #4 – From the horse painting in the Dayroom, check for a couch sitting alongside the same wall for this next collectible.
