The Last of Us: Part 2 has many artifacts in the game that you can collect, and one such artifact is the Strange Artifact. This is a special artifact that you have to look out for as it unlocks its own separate trophy in the game.
If you are looking to complete 100% of the game by sweeping every corner and every area, you will have to get the Strange Artifact as well. This is because collecting the Strange Artifact will unlock the “Relic of the Sages” trophy.

Where to Find Strange Artifact
The Strange Relic can be found in the Hostile Territory Chapter of Seattle Day 1. This artifact is obtained when you are playing as Abby in the chapter. In the early stages of the chapter, head inside the Ruby Dragon, which will be in the street where the Jasmine Bakery is.
Make your way inside, and towards the door at the end on the right. This will take you to the stairs up to the first floor. Now you need to enter the room that is partially blocked with furniture. You can do this by crawling underneath the table. The door is blocked because of the Clickers inside, so deal with them quickly.
Once you clear the area, head toward the balcony, jump across to the other building, and through the open doorway on the left. This will take you straight behind the wooden barricade door where the Straight Artifact will be sitting on a desk. The desk will also have a fan with the artifact.
