Steelrising Iron Queen Final Boss Guide

The Iron Queen boss battle will happen in two phases, where the first phase will have three different types of attacks that you have to look out for. The second phase brings a unique type of attack where you have to be careful not to take damage but continues with the same attack patterns as in phase one of the fight.

In the first phase, the Iron Queen will begin with a short lunge at your location if you are in medium range from the boss. This attack can be dodged backward or by dodging to her sides but will be very hard to avoid if you are very close to her. Another one of her dash is where she will fly to your location, forcing you to dodge to the side.

The second attack is where she will use her tail to swipe all around her while following up with a dash attack at your location. The Iron Queen also uses her sword to send an attack line in four directions in a straight line. This can be avoided if you stand diagonally to the boss, whether you are behind or in front of her. This particular attack does not deal a lot of damage if you get caught in it, but will continuously drain your health if you stand in it for too long.

The second phase begins when you have depleted more than 50% of the boss’ health. In this phase, the boss will summon souls and then send them crashing down all around the battle area. You will have to watch out where the souls land to avoid getting hit, and this will be indicated by the empty areas where a soul will not be landing.

This battle phase will then continue with the same attacks from the first phase and will conclude as you completely finish off the Iron Queen’s health.

The best strategy here which can immediately finish off this boss is to use a lot of Explosive Grenades. This is because the Iron Queen is very weak to explosive damage, and you are likely to have a lot of these, especially in the last stages of the story. Using these grenades by throwing at the queen will significantly drain her health, beating the boss in no time.

The rewards you will get for defeating this boss is Orichalcum ingot and 26,000 Anima Essence.
