Initiating Tricks
The very step is that you should know when you can perform tricks and when you cannot perform tricks. This is very simple to understand because you can only perform tricks while you are in the air between your web-swinging. While you are swinging around New York City, you will use your web for a swing, and then there will a free-fall part where you will not be using the web but you will still be moving forward. During this short window, until you use the web again for the next swing, you can perform a quick trick.
The key inputs required for tricks are really simple and not complex like you would see in traditional titles where you perform tricks for points. To perform tricks, you first have to press Square and keep holding the button as you use the Left Joystick to perform various stunts. The stunts vary from their complexity however none of the stunts in the game are too complex as you just need to use the Left Joystick for all tricks in the game.
