How to Get Specter Gauntlet in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores

One of the Legendary Weapons in the new Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores DLC is the Specter Gauntlet weapon developed by Far Zenith technology. Although the weapon is pretty powerful on its own, you can also upgrade it to bring it to its full potential. This guide will show you how to get and upgrade the Specter Gauntlet Legendary Weapon in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores DLC.

How to Get Specter Gauntlet Weapon in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores

The Specter Gauntlet weapon will require you to play the game until you reach a quest called “The Stars In Their Eyes.” It is during this quest that you can obtain the weapon as it is dropped by one of the bosses in the game called Zeth.

In the quest, you will be facing one of Quen’s strongmen called Zeth, who will be using the weapon to fight against you. To get the weapon you need to beat Zeth before picking up and claiming it for yourself.

How to Upgrade the Specter Gauntlet

As mentioned before, the Specter Gauntlet can be upgraded with the Railgun Component to make it better. This upgrade lets you fire a powerful laser beam that is deadly accurate when used.

But just like the weapon, the upgrade for the Specter Gauntlet is obtained in another quest called “In His Wake.” In this quest, you need to locate and beat Pirik to get the Railgun Component upgrade. The mission will first have you go to Pirik’s Camp and then find the key to his room. Once you enter the room, you will need to use the escape tunnel to track Pirik and fight him.

When you defeat Pirik, you can pick up the upgrade and equip it with your own Specter Gauntlet weapon.
