After you collect the first Mr. Raccoon, you will get ‘Vermin Extermination’ trophy/achievement. You cannot collect all of Mr. Raccoon collectibles in the same playthrough. Collectibles in Leon’s Campaign A
This is your Leon’s first campaign and most of the collectibles can be found during this campaign.
Mr. Raccoon #1
This is found in the West Office located in Police Station 1F. Head to the north side of the West Office and you will find the collectible sitting there.
Mr. Raccoon #2
Located in the S.T.A.R.S. office on the second floor of Police Station or 2F. Head to the south-east of the office and look for it sitting between a computer and a box.
Mr. Raccoon #3
Located in the Firing Range in Police Station B1. This is sitting under a target at the shooting range.
Mr. Raccoon #4
This is located in the Break Room in Police Station 1F. This is Leon only Mr. Raccoon and you cannot get access to it with Claire. Inside the room, check behind the briefcase located next to the beds.
Mr. Raccoon #5
The location of this collectible is different for both Leon’s and Claire’s campaign. If you are playing with Leon, you will find it after you use the crank to open the door located next to the Art Room. If playing Claire’s campaign, you will find in right after you exit Chief’s office with the heart key.
Mr. Raccoon #6
This is located in the hallway west of the Clock Tower in Police Station 3F area. You must get access to a hidden corridor by using the door located on the west side of the Clock Tower. Reach the end of this corridor and you will find the collectible.
Mr. Raccoon #7
This one can only be obtained by Leon. When you reach the sewer entrance and defeat the crocodile boss, look for it sitting at one side. This is before you use the ladder to go up.
Mr. Raccoon #8
This is only possible in Leon’s campaign. In Leon’s campaign, you will reach a certain point of story where you will be playing as Ada in the Incinerator Room. In the same room, check for the collectible sitting next to the big Incinerator door. This is on the left side of the room.
Mr. Raccoon #9
This is located in the Supplies Storage Room in the lower sewers. When you leave the Bottom Waterway in the sewers, look for the collectible in the hallway that connects both places.
Mr. Raccoon #10
This is located in the Cafeteria in the Laboratory. Check on the table near the ladder.
Mr. Raccoon #11
This is located in the Nap Room in Laboratory B1. You can get access to it after you use the Signal Modulator in the Nap Room to turn on the power.
Collectibles in Claire’s Campaign A
The following Mr. Raccoon collectibles can only be accessed by playing Claire’s campaign for the first time.
Mr. Raccoon #12
This is Claire’s exclusive. This one is located in East Storage Room in Police Station 3F area. Head to the south corner of the room where you will find a door with a red heart key lock. You will find the collectible inside the room on a shelf. The key to this door is found in the Private Collection Room.
Mr. Raccoon #13
This can only be obtained while playing as Claire. This one is located behind the R.P.D. Basketball Court. There are a lot of dogs in this basketball court. Once you cross the basketball court, you will come to a bus. The collectible is inside the bus.
Mr. Raccoon #14
This is Claire’s campaign exclusive as well. This is located in the Nursery inside the Orphanage. Head to the 2nd floor of the orphanage and enter the Nursery. You will find the collectible on a shelf sitting on a room.
Collectibles in Leon’s Campaign B
The final Mr. Raccoon is found in Leon’s second campaign. You start it after choosing ‘New Game (2nd Run) and select Leon.
Mr. Raccoon #15
The last Mr. Raccoon is located in the starting area of Police Station 1F level. Right at the entrance, go up the stairs and look in the bushes on the left side. This is the last Mr. Raccoon collectible.
