Make Your Own Zoo

Keep in mind that you do not have to buy a lot of just one species, but around 3-4 animals of each type will do just fine.
You can mix up with exotic animals like alligators, but you can also look for cheaper alternatives like Warthogs or Tortoises that will attract the same levels of attention from the visiting guests. With your animals in hand, you can now start creating animal exhibits or mixed animal habitats, where you can set them up with the exact requirement of the animals that occupy them.
In matters of creating the best habitat for the animals, and to keep them happy, you need to research on each type of animal and fix the habitat in the ways that will improve their life inside the habitat. Setting Up Animal Exhibits

Setting up multiple animal exhibits close to each other will give you the best results. This allows your guests to see all of the animals in your zoo, resulting in high satisfaction and happiness.
Guests love to see animals when there are little obstructions between them and the animals. This means that you need to put up fences that allow a lot of visibility. You don’t necessarily have to put fences in all four corners of an exhibit, and only near the path that the guests from.
Hiring Staff
There are various types of staff you can hire. Each of the staff that you hire come with their own special jobs that they can do best. The first thing you need is the Keepers and Vets. Both these are vital in keeping your animals healthy and keeping the habitat/exhibits clean.
It is best to hire multiple keepers that can work around the various exhibits you have in your zoo. Keepers also feed the animals and maintain the exhibit in the proper working condition that is required.
Hiring Vets in the early stages of the game gives you a lot of research about the animal types, and how they can be made happy in their exhibits or habitats. Vets are also on the move to fix any injuries that the animals might have got.
Building Facilities
Your hired staff also require their own facilities. This is to manage their work and to rest them when they have worked. Keeping your employees happy in their workspace allows them to function properly and to be effective at their work.
As you hire more staff, you are required to build facilities for your employees to occupy when they are not in need. Facilities are not only tied to your staff but also your guests. You can set up a merchandise shop, restrooms or food building for your guests. This will give you the best result as your zoo gets bigger, with more and more guests visiting your zoo.
Buying and Selling Animals
As you steadily gain enough income over time, you can start purchasing more animals. This does not necessarily mean that you should go with more numbers, but look for exotic and large animals like elephants. Though managing them is tough, and taking care of them will require more work, it will increase the ratings of your zoo when the guests visit zoo.
On the other hand, you can also sell your animals away. You might want to get rid of a type of animal that you might not need anymore or want to replace it with some other species. Setting Animals Free
