Paper Mario: The Origami King Toad Locations Guide

This Paper Mario: The Origami King Toad Locations Guide will show you where you can find all the Toads in the various areas of the game. Toads are like collectibles that you need to find and rescue in your adventure.

Toads need to be rescued as they are turned into origami. Mario will have to use his hammer whenever he spots an object which can be a Toad. The more Toads you rescue the better it will be.

Whispering Woods

There are 10 Toads in this location:

#	Where to Find
1	Found automatically when you head out of the forest
2	Go to the tents that will be on the left, right next to the road
3	Go to the Goomba on the swing and hit it will the hammer, and then hammer the cicada
4	Go to the shed made of wood, and then hit the tree. Not hammer away at the cicada
5	Near the shed will be a tree stump, and it will be near it
6	Go to the little shed with the chairs and tables. It will be under the chair
7	Now hammer at the food on the table
8	Next to the tables will be a hedge, hit at it and the toad will come out
9	Go to the small shed on the right of the wood cabin
10	On the left of the cabin, in a bush

Autumn Mountain

There are 17 Toads in this area:

#	Where to Find
1	After you jump of the rope, it will be below you
2	The next one will be the fish after you drop down
3	Go towards the Downriver Tours signboard and it will be the empty can
4	Go inside the cave after you jump off the ledge. It will be in the grass
5	When you enter the grass plains, head left
6	Go to the lower part of the grass plains
7	Towards the exit of the grass plains
8	Go to the Water Vellumental shrine and it will be on the tree to the left
9	Enter the building after you fill the hole near the last location
10	Go up from the shrine and hit the tree
11	On the right of the shrine, you need to go in the pipe. Now hammer the dragonfly
12	From the last location, it will be on the wall
13	On the left of the shrine, where it will be on the wall
14	Go to the bridge near the shrine, it will be the fish
15	After you come out of the shrine, go to the lake and then the boat on the left
16	From the last location, hammer the tree and you will find Toads
17	Go to the right side of the grass plains and give tuna to the monkey

Chestnut Valley

There are 4 Toads in this region:

#	Where to Find
1	There will be a tree on the hill when you get in this area. Hit the tree with the hammer and you will find Toads
2	You will find more toads at the tree
3	Head down the cliff edge and near the spiky chestnuts
4	Last one is the butterfly near the tree stump

Overlook Mountain

There are 13 Toads in this area:

#	Where to Find
1	When you enter this area, hammer away at the grasshoppers
2	Go near the bridge and you will find two insects on the ground.
3	Go towards the red pipe near the Monty Mole’
4	Above the red pipe on the tree
5	Head towards the Goomba and it will be on the left on the wall
6	Go to the area with the bones, and you will find Toads nearby
7	Go to the pier and get fishing to find the Toads
8	Create the new path on the left after beating the Thwomp
9	At the base of the Overlook Tower
10	Near the Overlook Tower, disrupt the shy guys by taking their ball
11	more shy guys nearby will be passing the ball. Disrupt them to get the Toads
12	Hammer the sign at the entrance from behind
13	From the left of the entrance, go to the treasure and it will be in front of it.

Picnic Road

There are 32 Toads in this location:

#	Where to Find
1	The first toad can be found at the beginning of this area. It will be on the grass to the left of the main path
2	After you enter this area, you will come across a hole that needs to be filled up. the toad appears when you fill the hole.
3	Go behind the fenced area to your left when you enter Picnic Road
4	Go to the colorful flower field where you will spot a butterfly. Hit it with a hammer
5	From the entrance of this area, head to the left side from the main path and you will find it behind a large tree
6	Go to the store in this area and look behind the counter
7	You will find a Toad inside a cave that faces the cliff. Drop down the cliff to get inside
8	Go to the house wrapped in a red ribbon, and hammer the butterfly flying around it
9	In the same red taped house, you will find a Toad in the mailbox
10	Now go to the right side of the house, and look at the base of the tree
11	A butterfly will be flying around on the right side of the red ribbon house. Hit it with a hammer
12	Go to the right of the red ribbon house, and to the small sand patch
13	On the right side of the house will be a pole that you need to hit. Now climb and jump to the top of the hole to get more Toads
14	From the last location, fill the hole to get a Toad
15	There is another hole right on the ledge which will reveal a Toad when filled up
16	From the pole location, go towards the tree and hit it with a hammer to get the Toad
17	A hole nearby needs to be filled to get the Toads out
18	Go to the Fax Station, and it will be behind the bushes
19	Go towards the path taking you to Overlook Mountain, and it will be the red dog
20	Make your way to the Earth Temple’s entrance and it will be on the wall to the right. Look up towards it
21	From the stairs, jump on top of the yellow umbrella
22	Go to the fortune teller and hit the toad when you see it in the small window to the left. It will be under just under the umbrella.
23	Buy popcorn from the vendor near the Vellumental Cave entrance
24	Go to the pond and it will be the bird
25	This can only be obtained after you unlock Fax Travel in Autumn Mountain, and then travel to Picnic Road
26	Near the pond, you will find a sign that needs to be hit
27	Go do the area with the mole holes and hit the holes to find the mole.
28	Another pole here that needs to be jumped on to get the Toads
29	Go to the Fax Station and hit the sign
30	Go to the wall with the mole hole and hit under it to knock the Toad out
31	Go to the Earth Vellumental shrine and then use the Confetti to make the stairs. This will take you to the Toad
32	After beating the Colored Pencils Boss, take out the Toad from the Fax Travel machine.
