Nightingale Multiplayer Guide – How to Host, Join, Private & Public Parties

Nightingale is a game where you can play with others all the time, exploring different worlds together. But you can also play it alone if you want. In this Nightingale Multiplayer Guide, we will go through all you need to know about their unique multiplayer experience.

How To Play Multiplayer in Nightingale

You can form two kinds of parties with fellow online players. One is a public party and the other is a private party.

Public Party

Nightingale does multiplayer differently from other games. Instead of just clicking a menu, you can make the realm ‘Public’ using the Realm Card machine. This means anyone in that realm can see and talk to each other. They can team up to do quests, build stuff, or go with you on Apex Predator hunts.

How To Host

To create a public party that anyone can join, first, go to the menu inside the game. Then, find the “Party & Social” section and tap on it. Finally, press the “Create Party” button in the middle of your screen.

First, press the Invites button at the top-right of the screen to switch it to “Public.” After that, whenever you notice a player in a public area, you can send them an invitation to join your group.

Joining Public Party

When you’re playing in a public realm, other players might ask you to join their group. If you want to join them, just say yes to their invitation. After that, you can go to the “Party & Social” section in the game menu to see your teammates’ gear scores and basic details.

Private Parties

Nightingale lets you create your own games where you can play with up to six friends. Together, you explore different worlds and go on adventures. You bring your character into the game, and whatever you collect during the game, you keep when you leave. You can play in any world, even special ones like the Abeyance realm.

Hosting Private Parties

To set up a private game, first, go to the menu inside the game. Look for the “Party & Social” section. Next, tap or click on the button that says “Create Party.” It’s usually in the middle of your screen.

First, type the name of the player you want to invite in the search box under “Find Players” on the left side of your screen, then press Enter. You don’t have to type the whole name, just enough to find your friend. When you see their name, click the Invite button to send them an invitation. Once someone has joined your group, you can click the Invite to Realm button to ask them to join you in your current Realm. Characters always start in the same spot in a realm, which is where you first appeared when you entered the Realm.

Joining Private Parties

To join a private party, first, find your character name and send it to the person who is hosting the party. You can find your character name by going to the “Party & Social” section in the game menu at the top-right corner. Then, the host will search for your name using the “Find Friends” feature and send you an invitation. Once you receive the invitation, simply accept it to join the party. If someone in your party invites you to join their Realm, keep in mind that this will take you out of your current Realm. Only accept if you’re ready to switch. When you enter the new Realm, you’ll always start at the same spot, even if you’ve been there before.
