Dribbling Controls

Below we have listed the Dribbling controls.

Stepback Press R2 and then move right analog down, then release while standing and dribbling
Behind the Back Move right analog stick down and then release
Between the Legs Move right analog down left and then release
In and Out Press R2 and move right analog up and then release
Sprint Tap and hold R2 with left analog stick towards any direction you want
Signature Size-up Chains When you perform standing dribble moves quickly, this will start a special signature size-up combo moves.
Hesitation Move right analog right and then release
Hesitation Escape Press R2 and then move right analog to the right and then release
Crossover Move right analog to the left and then release
Half Spin Rotate the right analog from right to left in a semi circle. Do this from right, then up, then left. Hold and then release
Behind the Back Move right analog down and then release
Behind the Back Wrap Escape Press R2 and then move right analog down, then release
Hard Stop/Stutter Press L2 to stop and break off defenders, then open up for a clear shot.
Hold Off Defenders Hold L2 and your body will shield while you dribble around defenders.

Hop Gather R2 and move and hold Right analog down left or right
Spin Shot Rotate Right analog clockwise then hold while driving with ball in right hand
Bank Shot Move and hold Right analog up and release
Dominant Dunk R2 and move and hold Right analog left or right
Reverse Layup Move and hold Right analog right while driving along the right baseline
Normal Layup Move and hold Right analog up while driving
Flashy Dunk R2 and move and hold Right analog down while you go for a drive

Passing Controls

Icon Pass Tap R1 and then press the action button at the chosen receiver. Use left analog to lead the receiver where you want.
Fake Pass Tap triangle and circle when standing or going for the hoop
Jump Pass Tap square and X when standing or going for the hoop
Normal Pass Tap X to pass
Lob Pass Tap triangle to pass
Skip Pass Press and hold X to pass to a far receiver
Bounce Pass Tap circle to pass
Flashy Pass Double press triangle
Lead to Basket Pass Press and hold triangle, and release to pass
Alley-oop Double press triangle
Alley-oop to Self Double press triangle and then move left analog towards the hoop
Pro Stick Pass Tap and hold R1 and right analog stick to where you want to pass
Give and Go Tap and hold X until the receiver catches the ball. When holding X, use left analog stick to move the first ass then then release X for the ball back.
Touch Pass Tap X just before the first receiver gets the ball and then use the left analog to chose the second receiver
Full Receiver Control Press and hold circle to move the receiver with the left analog, and then release for the pass

Hands out Move the right analog and then hold it to the left or right
Player Swap Tap X towards to take the pointer to another defender who is near the ball
Intense-D Tap and hold L2 to get a lower defensive stance
Steal Tap square when you are near a dribbling player
Block Tap triangle
Crowd Dribbler Tap and hold L2 and then move left analog towards the dribbling player
Fast Shuffle Tap and hold L2 and R2, and then move left analog wherever you want
Flop Double press circle
Take Charge Tap and hold circle
Vertical Contest First move left analog stick away from player and hold it, then press triangle
Swat Block Hold R2 and then press triangle
Shot Contest Move right analog up and then release
Icon Swap Tap R1 and then tap the action button of the defender you want
Post Pull Chair Move left analog away from handler, then release
Onball Steal Move right analog down and then release

Advanced Defense

Off-Ball Defense

Post Steal Entry Pass Tap and hold L2 to engage, or press square when the ball is in mid pass
Post Fight for Position Hold L2, or move right analog when the attacking player attempts to transition
Post Transition Hold L2 and move right analog up, left, down or right.
Post Push Hold L2 and you are near the opponent player and move the left analog towards him
Post Pull Chair Hold L2 and move right analog in the direction that the opponent is going
Post Up Engage Hold L2 when near the opponent player near the basket
Box Out Opponent Hold L2 and you are near the opponent after the ball has been shot
Rebound Press triangle when the ball misses, hits the rim.
Bump Hold L2 do block the path of the attacking player
Deny Hands Out Move and hold the right analog towards the direction of the attacking player
Dive For Loose Ball Rapidly tap square to run after the loose ball
Deny Engage Hold L2 when near the attacking player while out in the perimeter.
