How to Unlock
The first thing you need to do is to find the resource key in a hidden underground bunker. This bunker is in the Sabotage Threat sector at the Stark Realities mission. You will need to use the Jarvis signal to locate the bunker. The signal will take you to a tree where the bunker entrance can be found.
Enter the bunker and open the chest inside to get the Vault Resource key. Immediately after this, you will spot a new region on the map called the Snowy Tundra. Go to this location and you will find a lot of gear and resources, along with enemies. It is best to complete the mission here and then use the Jarvis signal to locate the bunker.
How to Complete Vault
Once you go inside the vault, you will face waves of enemies that you have to complete while also capturing locations. The ultimate goal here is to open the large vault door, which can be done by interacting with the console near the door.
Your task here is to go to each of the five consoles in the correct sequence. You need to activate them before the timer runs out, and also look out for enemies that will spawn in to stop you. Clear out the areas and continue to unlock with the consoles. Once you have unlocked, you can get inside the vault and collect all the loot inside.
