Little Nightmares 3 is a dark adventure where you play as two characters named Low and Alone, who are trying to survive in a twisted world. Doll Locations Guide – Little Nightmares 3
There is a total of 25 dolls scattered across all chapters. Collecting all dolls will also unlock Toybox, Candy Shop, Token Gestures, Filed Away, and Loose Threads Achievements/Trophies as you progress in collection.
Chapter 1: Necropolis
You will find 5 Dolls in Necropolis.
| Location/Mission/Main Landmark | How to Get |
| After the First Tall Ladder | Immediately after climbing the first tall ladder, you encounter a concrete wall, located at the start, before entering indoors. A doll is placed on the ground next to you. |
| After the initial eye beam and Monster Baby hand scare. | You have to take the elevator down after the initial eye beam and Monster Baby hand scare. When you are on the ground floor, you have to enter a small chamber containing the doll. To enter the room, you have to use Alone’s wrench on the broken wall to the left.

| Room with Big Floor Fan | There is a room with a big floor fan; to get there, use the umbrella. The doll is present at the top landing, after climbing the stairs, next to the fan.

| After Rocking Horse | After the drop, Low spends a little time in a cell. Turn left and enter the side room after passing the rocking horse, after you regain control. The doll is on the ground.

| Chapter End Escape | The doll is present at the very far end. When you are in the chapter escape end, after gliding across a gap, go down a dead-end corridor away from the camera.

Chapter 2: Candy Factory
You will find 5 dolls in this chapter.
| Location/Mission/Main Landmark | How to Get |
| Filing Stacks Area | Early in the game, don’t go right on the main path when you are in the filing stacks above the Supervisor’s office. Instead, climb up to the upper walkways and go all the way to the far left to find the doll. |
| Freezer Room | When you are in the freezer room with the stacked food trays and a fuse on the left wall, walk to the back right corner to grab the doll while you’re there for the fuse task. |
| After powering the elevator | Instead of going down to the main path, climb through a window above, after you power up the elevator with two fuses. The doll is inside that room. |
| Surveillance Room Mission | During the surveillance room part, once the Supervisor leaves, drop down to the ground floor and enter the small room to the left of the monitor area. |
| Corridor and Candy Shop | In the corridor after you fight the boss, go all the way to the end and take the last door on the left. The doll is sitting on a worktable inside. This is also where Candy Shop will appear. |
Chapter 3: Carnevale
You will find 10 dolls in this chapter.
| Location/Mission/Main Landmark | How to Get |
| Building Start. | Go to the long corridor. Enter the restroom by breaking the glass panel on the right. There, you will see the doll placed on the floor. |
| Observatory room | There is a dartboard near the door in the observatory room. Enter by climbing the cabinets beside the exit. You can also crawl up the vent to reach it. |
| Vertical room | There is a hanging bathtub and a chain in the vertical room. Move toward the rope holding the tub, then go through the opening high up on the wall. There you will find the doll. |
| Heavy door into the very dark vertical corridor | At this location, you have to take the stairs on your left, which will get you to the dead end, after Low gives a boost to Alone. The doll is present there. |
| Piano Secret Room | You have to find the piano room in the dim hallway. You have to press every key of the piano from left to right. After you press the right/targeted key, the bookcase moves, and the doll is behind it. |
| On the rooftop | There, you cross pipes to reach the carnival, turn back toward the screen before moving forward, and enter the hole in the metal wall to reach a small ledge with the doll. |
| Two Balloons | After crawling through a vent and seeing two balloons, climb the wooden boards on the left wall to reach a hidden platform. There you will get the doll. |
| The Well | There, before the rollercoaster, turn the handle to go down into the dentures pool area. Take an exit from there to find the doll nearby. |
| Hidden Vent Run | In this mission, look for a light in the lower right corner of the screen, before you reach two steam hazards. Crawl through the low vent opening there to find the doll. |
| Final Interior Stretch | There’s one final hidden doll just before you reach Lady Statue #9 if you’re following the normal path, before the chandelier lift filled with bottles. |
Chapter 4: The Institute
You will find 5 dolls in this chapter.
| Location/Mission/Main Landmark | How to Get |
| Hallway with a wide wooden plank. | Go through the door on the opposite side first, before pulling down the wooden plank. Then enter the second room. The doll is next to the lamp and the coat rack. |
| Prison wing | Use the seesaw to toss the magic doll through the small window. Then, go back to the kids’ room with the TV. The collectible only shows up while you’re holding the magic doll. |
| Shutter door and fuse puzzle | Once you open the door, there is a trolley present under the vending machine. Move it, and climb on it, and take the doll from the top. |
| Second chase with the boss’s hand | After this mission, you will go to the vine club, and there you will find a long corridor. You have to walk away from the camera to the top platform near a bookcase. The doll is sitting next to a lever. |
| Long Elevator Ride | Beside the narrow plank you’re supposed to cross, look for a hole in the wall. Inside, you’ll find a gold key and the final doll of this run. If you found everything, then the “Filed Away” and “Loose Threads” achievements will unlock. |
