There are several ways you can earn Rupees in the game. However, some methods provide the best way to get the most Rupees. The best way you can earn more Rupees is to hunt for Goddess Cubes. These special items contain all kinds of rare and valuable treasures inside, which open up once you perform the charged skyward attack with a sword.
Not all Goddess Cubes give you valuable items, but some also reward you with Gold and Silver which can be traded for a lot of Rupees.
Another way to make a decent amount of money is to sell Treasure items that you no longer require. Treasures of all sorts are found as dropped loot from enemies, or treasure chests in certain locations. Most of these items will not be needed, especially when you are well equipped with better items and gear.
