Troglobytes Games and Hound Picked Games have announced that they have released the biggest update for their rogue-lite, twin-stick, snatch, zap and shoot ‘em up title HyperParasite. HyperParasite was released back in April 2019 on Steam Early Access and now the game has just received a huge update to celebrate the upcoming Act 4.
The update arrives just in time when fans attending Gamescom 2019 can try out the game at booth location Entertainment Area of the Spanish Pavilion in Hall 10.1. HyperParasite offers very unique rad visuals coupled with fast-paced action and tight controls to offer a truly fun shooting experience. The game is set in the 80s and features around 60 different classes for the players to choose from.
Each class in the game can be controlled by the players and they come with own unique attributes, weapons, and moves to make the game a truly different experience when players change their character class. The developers have been working hard on the game ever since it was released earlier this year and released weekly updates for the game based on fan feedback.

The game has received two brand new acts, new characters, levels, mini-bosses and a lot of quality of life improvements since its initial release showing the developer’s dedication to the game. The Act 4 update is now live in the game and the CEO of Trologbytes Games commented:
We would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our early adopters playing HyperParasite on Steam Early Access and with your feedback and critique, we have finely honed and refined the game.
With the implementation of Act 4, we feel it’s the right time to increase the price from $10.99 to $12.99, which we feel still offers incredible value for money. If you’re at Gamescom, we’d love to show you how far our game has come along in development since our initial Early Access release!”
