Northeast on the map of Redfall is the location of Samuelson’s Shipyard with a locked office that requires a key to open it. This office is part of the quest called Voice in the Dark, but players might run into it if they venture into this location on their own. And what may seem like a simple task of looking for the key around the Shipyard location, players will actually have to go to an entirely different location to get the office’s key. How to Get the Shipyard Office Key in Redfall
As mentioned before, the Shipyard Office is part of the Voice in the Dark quest, meaning that you need to find the key only when you have the quest active. To get the key, you need to go to Dead Catch Records in Basswood. The location of the shop will be in the northeast part of Basswood.
The store will be locked and it requires finding its own key to gain access inside. What you can do is first try to enter the building from the second floor, and then head down to the first floor. Here you will find the Studio key on the white table.
The next task here is to fight off the DJ inside his booth and head to the control desk. Here you can find the Shipyard office key right next to the controls.
Now you can head back to Samuelson’s Shipyard with the Office key, unlock the Office door, and fight off the enemy that waits inside. Once you have cleared the office, you can loot all the items from the Large Safe and the smaller containers that have plenty of loot items.
