Below we have detailed how to complete all four missions in Mendoza.
Argentina
When you start this mission, you will want to head towards the Grapefields towards the Wine Production Room. The task here is to eavesdrop on the Chief Winemaker to actually begin with this mission. Once you have heard everything, it is now time to take the disguise of the same Winemaker. But wait until he walks towards the fields.
Once you have the disguise, you can now head towards the guests where you need to go towards the target, Tamara. Give them the tour of the fermentation and barrel rooms by just following the path set by the mission. The final task is to go up to the barrel room and look for the second target that will then show up in the room.
Closing Statement
This mission begins only if you complete the Argentina mission by hosting the tour of the wine production room as the Chief Winemaker. When you finish the tour and as the second target steps into the room, the two targets will start talking. An indication will pop up letting you know that the mission has begun.
It is now time for you to get another disguise, but this time you have to take the disguise as the Sommelier. You can do so by going to the room with the fridge. Knock him out and take his disguise to continue in this mission.
The next task is to power off the security lasers to steal the 1945 Grand Paladin wine bottle. The code to disable the lasers is 1945, the number of the wine itself. Now give the bottle to the guard back in the barrel room. Follow the guard and to the meeting where Don will reveal his plans to kill Diana. Follow the guards when they go for Diana and take them out before they kill her.
Reveal Don’s malicious plans to Diana and wait in the room as she tell you to. When Diana stabs Don, you should take out the two guards with Don. Complete the final steps to kill Don and the mission will be complete.
Eyes on Target
The mission will highlight the two snipers that you have to go up to and listen to their conversation. You will need a disguise for this and the best option here is to take the disguise of a mercenary. When you have done that, climb up the stairs towards the snipers and listen to them when they start talking.
The second disguise you need is of a Gaucho, who can be found in the garden area of the villa. After talking their disguise, you need an earpiece of the spotter, which can be found highlighted as an objective. Now use the camera to mark Tamara in the fields and let Diana to go to the gardens where the snipers are ready to take out Tamara. Knock or kill the guards that stop going to the garden. Once you get close to Tamara, you will get the option to call the shot. This will allow the snipers to shoot Tamara and end the mission.
Over the Top
When the mission begins, you will have to go to the Fermentation Atrium where the two workers talking about the pump malfunction. Once they are done talking, follow one of the workers and take the disguise of one of the blue workers.
Now you have to tools which include the screwdriver and a wrench. The screwdriver can be found in the tech room and the wrench in the Wine Production room. Go to the Fermentation room and use the screwdriver to sabotage the electrical wires. Now use the wrench on the pump without being seen.
