Certainty Principle
The mission triggers when you go to the restaurant and eavesdrop on the woman in conversation with the member of the board. Make sure you listen to everything they talk about. Your next task is to find the P41 form that will be in the building opposite the street.
You can enter the building by going to the roof and dropping down the ledge into the apartment. To make things easy, you can enter it by opening the locked door by entering the code 0118.
Now that you have the form, you will then need a disguise as the board member. Return back to the restaurant to the same board member and knock them out. Steal their disguise and then head to the back of the restaurant where a guide will be waiting for you. After conversing with her, follow her to the ICA facility. The next obstacle are the guards that search you for firearms. This means you will have to be clean and not carry any illegal items that can bust your disguise.
When the one-minute time starts, head to the room where the timer starts and interact with the computer to disable it. The guide will then take you to Royce who will then take you to her office. You can listen to her all the way through her demo of the ICA workers, and then eliminate her.
Impulse Control
To start the mission, you have to go towards the homeless shelter and listen to the homeless people talking about a job. Eavesdrop on their conversation and then lure one of them to take them out.
Now enter the building where you can go for the job. You will be searched by the entrance guards here, so any illegal item or firearm will have you caught. Once you head inside and go in for the interview. You won’t be getting an interview, which means you need another disguise, this time as a test subject.
To do that, you need to head to the top floor of the building and find the test subject. To make it possible, try to lure the subject into a restroom. With the disguise, you can now talk to the researcher and then wait for the doctor.
All Seeing Eyes
The mission requires you to go to the roof of the Laundromat building. Enter the Laundromat and then open the locked door by entering the code 0118 to unlock it. Sneak up and you will hear two guards talking.
Make your way up to the roof where you will also find a sniper rifle. Use the rifle to shoot down the drones and then head towards Royce where she will be arguing with Hush. When the two meet at the Lotus Passage, you will have ample time to shoot both the targets.
