Houses Guide – Forza Horizon 6
There are eight player houses in Forza Horizon 6, and each house brings its own unique perks. One of the houses is an estate, which is a large open area, and players can build different things on it, even race tracks. The houses are unlocked as you progress in Discover Japan and unlock new stamps. Every time you get a new stamp, you will unlock a brand-new house to purchase and customize. House #1: Mei’s House
- Price: Free
- Perk: It allows you to trade cars at the Autoshow.
Mei’s House is available to you right from the start of the game, and it is located on the main road leading to Tokyo City, in the Ohtani region. It is available right from the start of the game, and you can customize it to your liking.
House #2: Tokyo House
- Price: 3,000,000 (Free for VIP members)
- Perk: Grants you a free Wheelspin each day you attend the Horizon Japan festival
The Tokyo House is located in the main Tokyo City region, and it is available to all VIP members for free.
House #3: Yashiki House
- Price: 10,000
- Stamp Required: Orange
- Perk: Allows you to build your Estate
The Yashiki House is a gigantic piece of land located in the Hokubu region. It allows you to build the house of your dreams, which can include dinosaurs, racing tracks, and everything else that you can find in the prop library of the game. With a small purchase price, you can start on this project fairly early in the game.
House #4: Minka House
- Price: 450,000
- Stamp Requirement: Green
- Perk: Allows you to earn an extra 10% credits in Horizon Stunt Party Events
The Minka House is a seaside house located in the Ito region. This small property will allow you to display 2 cars.
House #5: Hakusan Mountain Lodge
- Price: 635,000
- Stamp Requirement: Blue
- Perks: Adds the ability to place an additional Display Car Locator, and you earn an extra 10% credits from Horizon Life Events
The Hakusan Mountain Lodge is a beautiful property located in the Sotoyama region. It allows you to display 4 cars and comes with two bonus perks instead of one.
House #6: Fuji Unkai House
- Price: 830,000
- Stamp Required: Orange
- Perk: Grants you 10% extra credits when you complete
The Fuji Unkai House is located in the Shimanoyama region and is one of the prettiest houses in the game. It gives you a view of Mount Fuji and offers display space for up to three cars.
House #7: Soko 78
- Price: 980,000
- Stamp Required: Purple
- Perk: All cars purchased from the Autoshow have a 5% discount
Soko 78 is more of a warehouse than a house. Located in Tokyo City, the Soko 78 allows you to display three cars. There is nothing much else to this property apart from the fact that it boasts a massive interior for you to decorate.
House #8: – Vision House
- Price: 1,500,000
- Stamp Required: Golden
- Perks: Grants you 10% extra skill score when doing LINK Skills, and also adds the ability to place +1 Display Car Locator
The Vision House is the final and most beautiful house in Forza Horizon 6. Not only does it require the Golden Stamp, but it also requires a hefty amount to purchase it. It is also one of the only two houses that come with two perks instead of one. It is located in the Ohtani region, and comes with a space to display four of your favourite vehicles.
