Forza Horizon 6 Houses Guide – All Player Houses, Bonuses

In this Forza Horizon 6 Houses Guide, we will detail all of the player houses that you can purchase in the game and what bonuses they offer upon purchase. Player houses were introduced in Forza Horizon 4, and since then, they have been featured in all Forza Horizon titles. Forza Horizon 6 expands this further by allowing players to customize the garages in each house, display their vehicles, do décor, and then invite their friends over to hang out. This makes it enticing to purchase houses in the game.

Houses Guide – Forza Horizon 6

There are eight player houses in Forza Horizon 6, and each house brings its own unique perks. One of the houses is an estate, which is a large open area, and players can build different things on it, even race tracks. The houses are unlocked as you progress in Discover Japan and unlock new stamps. Every time you get a new stamp, you will unlock a brand-new house to purchase and customize. House #1: Mei’s House

  • Perk: It allows you to trade cars at the Autoshow.

Mei’s House is available to you right from the start of the game, and it is located on the main road leading to Tokyo City, in the Ohtani region. It is available right from the start of the game, and you can customize it to your liking.

House #2: Tokyo House

  • Price: 3,000,000 (Free for VIP members)
  • Perk: Grants you a free Wheelspin each day you attend the Horizon Japan festival

The Tokyo House is located in the main Tokyo City region, and it is available to all VIP members for free.

House #3: Yashiki House

  • Stamp Required: Orange
  • Perk: Allows you to build your Estate

The Yashiki House is a gigantic piece of land located in the Hokubu region. It allows you to build the house of your dreams, which can include dinosaurs, racing tracks, and everything else that you can find in the prop library of the game. With a small purchase price, you can start on this project fairly early in the game.

House #4: Minka House

  • Stamp Requirement: Green
  • Perk: Allows you to earn an extra 10% credits in Horizon Stunt Party Events

The Minka House is a seaside house located in the Ito region. This small property will allow you to display 2 cars.

House #5: Hakusan Mountain Lodge

  • Price: 635,000
  • Stamp Requirement: Blue
  • Perks: Adds the ability to place an additional Display Car Locator, and you earn an extra 10% credits from Horizon Life Events

The Hakusan Mountain Lodge is a beautiful property located in the Sotoyama region. It allows you to display 4 cars and comes with two bonus perks instead of one.
