Winter is now live in Forza Horizon 5 Series 11 Update, and we have a new set of challenges to complete. After a week’s break, Treasure Hunts are now back in the weekly Festival Playlist and we have the latest Race Against Time treasure hunt to solve this week. We have a brand-new clue and a brand-new treasure chest filled with Forzathon Points to find and break for this week. Race Against Time Treasure Hunt Guide – Forza Horizon 5
Just like all treasure hunts before, we will start with examining the clue for this week. The clue for this week’s challenge is ‘Race like it’s 1999 with a purrrfect finish’ and this clue is with a navy blue 1999 Ford Racing Puma racing in the background. Naturally, the vehicle for this week’s challenge is the 1999 Ford Racing Puma. Since the clue also states racing, you have to complete a race with your Racing Puma and win it as well.
After you complete a race, we picked a Road Race Sprint event, and we also came first so you might want to follow suit since the clue’s picture shows Horizon Apex in the background as well, which means that you need to win a Road Race event. After winning the event, you will get a notification that you have solved the clue. Now you can head to the location marked on the map below to find the treasure chest:
The treasure chest is sitting in the small grass patch between the two roads at the abandoned airstrip. The treasure chest is next to some trees and bushes. Also, if the treasure chest does not appear for you at first, go back to the Festival location and then come back. Make sure there is a loading screen in the middle of this. Simply driving there and back might not make it appear. The chest did not load for us when we first arrived at the spot, and we had to go back to our house and then back to the spot to make it appear. Completing the treasure hunt will award you with 100 Forzathon Points and 3 Points towards your Festival Playlist completion.
