The holiday season is nearing its end and so is the Horizon Holidays Mix-Up update in Forza Horizon 5. We are now in the final week of this update but before we move on to the New Year festivities, we have one final station wagon to collect and add to our garage in the game. This week, we are heading down to the dusty dunes of Horizon Baja where we will complete a treasure hunt and then track down the treasure chest hiding somewhere in the map. Our Forza Horizon 5 Polaris Express Treasure Hunt Guide will help you complete this week’s challenge in the game easily.
Polaris Express Treasure Hunt Guide – Forza Horizon 5
The treasure clue for this week’s challenge states: ‘This trap is back at the Baja Scramble, so head on up and see. 2 Stars your goal so don’t you amble, and treasure you’ll guarantee!’ For this update, Playground Games brought back the limited-timed Speed Traps, Speed Zones, Drift Zones, and Trailblazers, and one such Speed Trap is located at the Horizon Baja dirt race circuit called the Horizon Baja Speed Trap. To solve this week’s treasure hunt, you only need to earn 2 Stars at this limited-time Horizon Baja Speed Trap inside any Polaris. The clue does not mention the Polaris requirement, but the display picture and the Treasure Hunt’s name imply that we complete it with a Polaris.
It will not work with any other vehicle anyway so you must use a Polaris for the challenge. There are three different Polaris models available to you in Forza Horizon 5. These include:
- 2015 Polaris RZR XP 1000 EPS
- 2021 Polaris RXR Pro XP Factory Racing Limited Edition
- 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate
Pick anyone from this list and nail those two stars at the Horizon Baja Speed Trap and you will complete the clue requirement. We have marked the Speed Trap’s location on the map below:
Once you have completed the requirement, you will unlock the treasure chest on the map. This week, the treasure chest is sitting near El Arco De Cabo San Lucas and De Otro Mundo. There is a big flat desert patch between these two locations and there is a trailer park in the middle with some ramp trucks. The chest is sitting here in the open location. We have shown its location below:
Once you arrive here, smash through the chest to complete the challenge. Upon challenge completion, you will be rewarded with 300 Forzathon Points and 3 Points towards the Festival Playlist completion.
