Below we have detailed what you can do as a manager of your own club.

Training Your Team

Training your team allows your players to prepare for the match that they will be playing next. You can schedule your training sessions each week. Each day of training can have three training sections. However, you also have to manage your training sessions by not adding too many sections, otherwise, your players will be exhausted and ill-prepared for the match.

You can also mix and match the sessions by adding in high-intensity training, and more fun-filled training activities. This is to maintain the moral or increase it further so that your players are not tired.

Training also allows you to train your players with special attributes that will help them perform tactics and move on the field. Training your player with what his role should be on the field will make them perform better and will make them better at decision making when going for a play.

Player Transfers

Another big part of being the manager of a club is the player transfer. During the season, you will transfer many players from your club, or have new players join your club. When transferring a player, you will have to negotiate contracts that will determine the price of the player that you are buying or selling.

Negotiating a transfer or contract requires some skill where you have to go with the best offer. Simple accepting the first offer you get is not the best way to go, as the first offer can always be negotiated.

When you have agreed on the best offer you can have for a player, you can then recruit them in your club. On the other hand, you can sell your players that you don’t need to replace them with other players.

Hiring Assistants

Other than buying players, you can also recruit assistants who play a very important role in helping your players. The assistants manage all the duties that are required in the team and also take on some of the duties that allow you some freedom to focus on your club.

Assistants can not only find matches to play other teams, but also provide motivational conversation for your players that can maintain or boost the morale of the team. Assistants can also work on player transfers, extending contracts and work behind the scenes for the better of the club, while you can focus on the team and tactics.
