Where to Find Dancer Unlock Quest

To unlock Dancer, you need to find the quest “Shall We Dance” which is located in Limsa Lominsa Decks. This is also near the main Atheryte plaza. Once you are here, you need to go to the Lower Decks and look for Eager Lominsan NPC. The coordinates of the Lower Deck are:

Lower Deck: X9.8, Y 12

The quest starts after you have talked with Eager Lominsan. You will be given a weapon to start the quest, and at the end, you will the Soul Stone.

How to Play as Dancer

Dancers have two basic attacks which are Cascade and Fountain. Both these attacks have a 50% chance of following up with more powerful versions of attacks which are Fountainfall and Reverse Cascade. It is best to use these attacks when you can as dancers largely rely on these stronger attacks.

Another attack that the Dancers have is the Fan Dance moves. This attack can be used without the worry of a cooldown. On the other hand, attacks like Bladeshower and Windmill open up to much stronger versions of attack that are Bloodshower and Rising Windmill.

Dancers also have the Standard Step, which when activated will turn your attacks into button prompts that you have to press to match a sequence. If you press two steps correctly, you get 60-second damage.

Standard step only requires two steps but is available whenever you want. The Technical step requires four steps but has a longer cooldown period. Dancers also have Technical Finish that is a powerful attack best saved for something else.
